Commonly known as the Friendship Plant, or the Silver Dollar plant, this slow-growing, easy-to-care-for succulent is native to the sandy slopes, open fields and forests of South Africa. With its rounded, vibrant, succulent leaves and contrasting reddish-pink tips, the Jade Plant, according to Feng Shui, is said to promote friendship and prosperity!
Being that it’s from an arid, desert-like environment, it thrives in low humidity, warm temperatures, drier soil, medium to indirect bright light and will grow up to 5 ft. tall indoors. This makes them great to place on a desktop, bookcase, cubby or small nook in your home that is well-lit, but doesn’t get direct light!
